Happy New Year! This is day 1, the day to reset, to begin again, to be better! Yet, by the end of the month, many will have lost their resolve to continue to commit to new habits (New Year Resolutions).
If you don’t want that to be you, try a different approach. Shortly after Thanksgiving I made My 101 Things to do in 1001 days List. It allows me to set short and long term goals over about 2 1/2 years. I can keep my goals right in front of me and continue to feel sense of accomplishment. If for some reason I am not having success in one area, there are still dozens on goals on my list I can do to make progress. Give it a try! Enjoy!
